Chocolates are shipped with a cold pack. If the package is left in a hot mailbox or on the porch to melt, Cypress Hemp is not responsible for replacement. Make sure you watch your tracking link and do not order chocolates if you live in hot weather and can not be there to receive your package when it arrives. To ensure less melting, select faster shipping and be onsite to receive your chocolates upon arrival.
